Ecospill Group Holdings is pleased to announce its new-look marketing department
Ecospill Group Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Russell as Group Head of Marketing.
While this marks Matt’s official arrival in the business, his relationship with Ecospill is well established. For more than seven years, Matt has worked closely with the group in various capacities. His journey with the business began working alongside Tony Singleton and has continued in recent years with Matt supporting both Ecospill and YourLink as a creative consultant. Over this time, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the brands, values, and markets that define the group.
Matt brings with him a creative-first approach underpinned by strong strategic foundations. Holding a degree in Graphic Design and more than 12 years’ experience in marketing, his career spans small creative studios, international marketing agencies, and most recently self-employment. This breadth of experience gives him a balance of hands-on creativity and commercial insight.
Matt’s decision to join Ecospill reflects a shared belief in the long-term vision of the group and a collective commitment to building brands that are clear, credible, and impactful. As the business continues to grow, marketing will play an increasingly important role in strengthening brand awareness, supporting distribution partners, and communicating the value of the group’s products and services.
Speaking on the appointment, Head of Operations Steve Howden highlighted that bringing Matt in-house is a natural progression of a long-standing partnership and an important step forward for the business. The investment in marketing reflects the group’s commitment to continued growth and will help communicate clearly and confidently with customers, partners, and the wider industry.
“Ecospill Group Holdings is delighted to welcome Matt Russell formally into the business and looks forward to the creativity, leadership, and strategic direction he will bring as the company continues to protect and care for the environment, industry, and its people”.
