Luke McCormack bursts onto the professional scene with a stunning debut.

It’s common knowledge that Ecospill enjoys a longstanding partnership with the Olympic boxing twins, Pat and Luke McCormack. Regular readers of our blog will have witnessed our updates on Pat’s recent triumphs in the ring. However, today, the spotlight shines on Luke.

Recently, Luke has signed a deal with the Hall of Fame promoter, Frank Warren. The 28-year-old hailing from the North-East has embarked on his professional journey and has secured a promotional agreement with Frank Warren and Queensberry.

Luke expressed his enthusiasm on the Queensberry blog:

“I’m geared up to make an impact; the road here has been arduous for me, for reasons beyond my control,” remarked the super lightweight. “This journey promises to be action-packed and brimming with excitement. Keep your eyes peeled because heads will roll!

“Frank Warren has a proven track record of nurturing fighters from their debut to becoming world champions, a legacy that predates my existence! And that’s precisely what I’m aiming for. I’m thrilled about embarking on this adventure with Queensberry and TNT Sports.”

True to his word, the Ben Davidson-trained fighter delivered on his vow by claiming victory in his pro debut in impressive fashion, delivering a knockout blow to Nicaraguan opponent Robin Zamora with a devastating body shot in the second round! The ending came fifteen seconds into round two, after hurting Zamora in the first round.
